The Yachtmaster Centre is your first choice in Goa if you’re interested in learning Sailing and enjoying Cruising on our fleet based in Dona Paula, in the heart of Panjim, amidst the tropical beauty of Goa.
We have available different types of sailboats, starting from the only offshore Sailing Vessel ANTARA that India has to offer, a beautiful 42ft monohull Van De stadt up to a very comfortable Catamaran Leopard 39. Fully AC for your most luxurious experience .
At our Centre we have facilities in order to accommodate you and let you experience a full immersion into the sailing culture into the tropical beauty of Goa.

We are also pleased to inform you that if you’re searching for a training to become a Captain for pleasure craft, we can offer our Certificates recognized by the International Yacht Marine Certification Society www.iymcs.com.
We are also offering training for Deck hands and Stewadess for whom we can povide support to find placement worldwide.

DURATION OF THE COURSES
Radio VHF GMDSS: 2-day course: theory and practice. Final exam on board.
Deckhand & Stewardess: 5-day course divided into classes of theory and practice at sea.
No passage plan is required for this course
Motor Sports Boat: 6-day course, divided in theory lessons and a practical exam on board.
Coastal Navigation: 8-day course divided in theory classes and practice at sea, including a final passage plan of 50Nm under the responsibility of the candidate supervised by the instructor.
Offshore Navigation: 10 days course; divided in theory classes and practice at sea, including a final passage plan of 100Nm under the responsibility of the candidate.
Ocean Navigation: 5-day course with included the study of the sextant for astronavigation.
This course provides a certificate shorebased and it will need a long range Cruising passage of at least 600NM in the open sea to be completed.
All courses to be certified requires the candidates to successfully complete the theory and practical assessments.
Theory classes will be held at the premises of the National institute of Watersport in Panjim or onboard.
Practical classes will be held on board of the fleet at disposal of the YMC based in Panjim, as the 42feet sailing vessel monohull Antara, the Catamaran Leopard 39 and the motor yacht La Belleza.

20% of the course fees are mandatory to be deposited at the moment of booking, 80% will be finalized before enrolling the course.
We accept payment through: NEFT, GPAY, PHONEPAY, RAZORPAY, International Bank Transfer.
All pricings are inclusive of GST 18%.
All pricings are not inclusive of F&B and accomodation that can be provided in different locations by our partners in Goa.
All courses can be adapted to your exigencies and customised to your needs, from our most popular course such as Mile building , to Daily Sail, Weekends and Long range cruises to Private Luxury Events.
