DURATION OF THE COURSES

Radio VHF GMDSS: 2-day course: theory and practice. Final exam on board.

Deckhand & Stewardess: 5-day course divided into classes of theory and practice at sea.
No passage plan is required for this course

Motor Sports Boat: 6-day course, divided in theory lessons and a practical exam on board.

Coastal Navigation: 8-day course divided in theory classes and practice at sea, including a final passage plan of 50Nm under the responsibility of the candidate supervised by the instructor.

Offshore Navigation: 10 days course; divided in theory classes and practice at sea, including a final passage plan of 100Nm under the responsibility of the candidate.

Ocean Navigation: 5-day course with included the study of the sextant for astronavigation.
This course provides a certificate shorebased and it will need a long range Cruising passage of at least 600NM in the open sea to be completed.

All courses to be certified requires the candidates to successfully complete the theory and practical assessments.

Theory classes will be held at the premises of the National institute of Watersport in Panjim or onboard.

Practical classes will be held on board of the fleet at disposal of the YMC based in Panjim, as the 42feet sailing vessel monohull Antara, the Catamaran Leopard 39 and the motor yacht La Belleza.

20% of the course fees are mandatory to be deposited at the moment of booking, 80% will be finalized before enrolling the course.

We accept payment through: NEFT, GPAY, PHONEPAY, RAZORPAY, International Bank Transfer.

All pricings are inclusive of GST 18%.

All pricings are not inclusive of F&B and accomodation that can be provided in different locations by our partners in Goa.
